About Tim Holmes
Tim has over 20 years’ experience delivering stakeholder management, community engagement and communications on many of the most complex and challenging major transport infrastructure projects in Australia.
He has successfully worked as part of integrated multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and high-pressure environments requiring significant engagement and collaboration with a range of influential stakeholders across all levels of government, industry and the community.
Tim’s breadth of experience has seen him hold senior project roles in the public sector; with major top-tier construction companies; and in consulting. He has worked across a range of delivery models including alliancing; design and construct; and PPPs.
His experience in the planning, implementation and delivery of effective community engagement strategies on high-profile projects has left him with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the issues and risks associated with major project delivery and the factors for success in community and stakeholder engagement.
He has successfully developed a number of key innovations in the field of community engagement that have subsequently been adopted as key benchmarks for future projects.
